Project AI

Last Updated: September 21, 2023

Using AI, we can suggest new projects suitable for your business to help you track, organise and speed things along.  This is greatly enhanced if projects have previously been created as we can learn how you manage your projects as well as your priorities when managing or participating within a project.  AI can also help to create individual tasks and notify you when a project is at risk of missing a deadline as well as suggesting mitigation strategies.

Project conversation

Last Updated: September 21, 2023

By default, all users within a project are notified if any edits are made to a project, or a new project is created. Additionally, we have added a tracker as well as a generated Gantt Chart that tracks your projects progress for you.  If you would like to only be notified of changes in particular projects, this can be done easily by changing your default settings to ‘Notify selected items only’. If you would like to only mute certain projects, this can be done through the particular projects settings in the project list.

Tasks and subtasks

Last Updated: September 21, 2023

Each task in your project is individually tracked with a visual indicator in the form of a percentage bar. As assigned users mark off tasks with a checkbox, projects are automatically updated, and if appropriate, users are notified within changes of the project. This ensures that all users within a given project are aware of any changes within the status of a project and communication between the users can be handled internally.

Editing a project

Last Updated: September 21, 2023

Should you wish to make any edits to your project, such as allocate yourself a task (which can then automatically populated in your calendar and reminders) it can be done simply by adding a task to your project. The project manager can also assign you a task, and if you are not a part of an organisation, you can choose to accept it. Organisational tasks are added by default and all users within the project are notified.  A project is automatically tracked from inception and can be modified and viewed on both Mobile and Web platforms. Though the interface may be slightly different, both platforms maintain the same functionality and allow users to accomplish a variety of tasks.  Provided you have a team on your project, you can efficiently manage sub projects within a project, depending on organisational hierarchy (for individual accounts, this feature requires conversion to an organisational account).  A simulated timeline can playback the expectations of a project progress, giving your team anticipated time goals depending on the tasks within a given project and project complexity. Please be aware, that these are only project estimations which will improve in accuracy over time, and the time allocated to a project should be assigned appropriately.

Creating a project

Simply hit the ‘Create’ button and fill in a few details to get started, you can then invite (or remove) users as you wish. Users can also be assigned permissions to edit. Anyone on a project is notified when any changes are made or if any tasks assigned to them are modified are added. AI templates can be used to simplify the creation of a project, we can learn from your previous projects as well as projects related to your industry.
